1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations, orders, and transactions made through altairmarine.eu, operated by Riatla Marine Technology OY ("Altair Marine", "we", "us"). By submitting a reservation or order, you agree to these terms.

2. Boat Reservations
2.1 Reservation Request
Submitting a reservation form on our website constitutes a reservation request, not a confirmed order. Your reservation is confirmed only after the €1,000 deposit has been received.
2.2 Reservation Deposit
• A deposit of €1,000 is required to secure a place in the production queue.
• The deposit is fully applied to the final price of the boat.
• Reservations are processed in the order deposits are received.
• The deposit can be paid by credit/debit card (via Stripe) or bank invoice.
 2.3 Pricing
• Zoom8 Full Set: €6,800 (excl. VAT and delivery)
• Zoom8 Hull Only: €3,000 (excl. VAT and delivery)
• All prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of deposit payment is binding.
 2.4 Final Payment
The remaining balance (full price minus the €1,000 deposit) is due before the boat is dispatched. We will contact you with payment details when your boat is ready.
2.5 Production Timeline
Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on batch size and production conditions. We will provide updated timelines as production progresses. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

3. Cancellation & Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by the Customer
• If you cancel your reservation before production of your boat begins, the €1,000 deposit is non-refundable.
• Once production of your specific boat has started, the full deposit is forfeited.
 3.2 Cancellation by Altair Marine
• If we are unable to fulfil your reservation, we will refund the full deposit within 14 days.
• If delivery is delayed beyond 12 months from the confirmed production date, you may request a full refund of the deposit.

4. Spare Parts & Equipment Orders
4.1 Ordering Process
Orders for spare parts and equipment placed through our store are processed manually. After submitting your order request, we will contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and payment details.
4.2 Payment
Payment for spare parts and equipment is due before dispatch. We accept credit/debit card (via Stripe) and bank transfer.
4.3 Returns
Unused parts in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

5. Delivery
• We deliver boats and parts across Europe.
• Delivery costs are not included in product prices and will be confirmed before final payment.
• Delivery timelines depend on location and logistics availability.
• Collection in person is also available - contact us for details.
• Risk of damage transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

6. Payments & Security
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or have access to your card details. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant. Bank transfer details will be provided upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in connection with the relevant transaction. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, or loss of revenue.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.
